I have a confession to make…. Last weekend I did horribly and ate badly gaining back up to 214 lbs. Stepping onto the scale Monday morning and seeing that number once again was heart wrenching. I was down to 208 lbs the previous week and was feeling good. How did this happen?! I was on FIRE! Ugh!

What is step 2?

Step 2 means posting the before picture! I was hesitant to go public with this picture right away simply because it’s embarrassing. It’s the ugly truth right in front of my face! However, I decided if I’m going to be honest then I have to be 100% honest! I can’t hide behind nice lighting, pretty filters and the right angles in public so why do it on social media? Does everyone NEED to see my rolls or lovely cellulite? No, but this is for me and for the other girl/guy struggling with the same issues who may not be at a point where he/she is ready to share with the world his/her insecurities!
