I started my weight loss journey mid January 2013 and lost a little over 100lbs in less than a year. I started out by counting points using the Weight Watchers system and portioning out the foods I already ate; didn’t necessarily start eating healthy right away. The more weight I lost the less amount of points I was allowed so I slowly transitioned into making healthier choices to fuel my body and so I could eat more through out the day.
