What is there to say about myself? I'm a thirty-year-old mother and fiancee. I work part-time at Fitness Unlimited Health Club; I'm blessed enough to have a job in the fitness industry! I have a four-year-old baby girl named, Daladei (Dal-uh-day); she is my world, my everything. I'm engaged to the love of my life, Nathan Johnson; we have been together now for four years and counting! It's crazy what life can
throw your way and how much you're truly capable of withstanding and how much everything really happens for a reason.
Mid-January 2013 I decided to start a weight loss journey and actually stick with it. I've lost most of my weight by counting calories and exercising; going from 272lbs all the way down to 147lbs, however, I have gained weight since my lowest weight. I've only just started IIFYM and sticking to a consistent workout plan; I'm hoping to sculpt my body into something magical! That's what we all want, right? With flexible dieting, I'm hoping to lose the weight and hit goals again, but actually do it the right way at a healthier caloric intake. Overall, I'm hoping this will prevent binge sessions from happening. I've struggled with binge eating since I was a child, it's almost like I go into a haze where I'm completely out of control and simply can't stop eating even when I'm overly stuffed to the point of having acid reflux and bloating. If you struggle with binge eating you know exactly what I'm talking about. It's awful. I'm on an ongoing journey trying to beat binge eating. I will succeed!
We adopted a cat roughly May of 2014 and it was one of the best decisions ever! Emmie has been such a lovely addition to our little family and is such calm tempered cat. She was a year old when we adopted her and I'm so glad we picked her. She's so good with Dallie (my wild child) which is surprising considering all the mess Dallie puts her through. Honestly, she just loves Emmie way too hard. They are best friends though. Hands down Emmie is my most favorite cat.

Daladei was born on October 15th, 2012 in Benton, Arkansas. I was one of the 1-2% of women that stay sick the entire pregnancy (lucky me!), but she was well worth all of the misery. Being a mother truly is a blessing and a feeling like no other. I won't say that motherhood isn't challenging because boy is it ever challenging. Probably the hardest thing I have ever done... still doing. All you can do is learn as you go and that's what I'm doing. She is the smartest little creature and absolutely loves to sing. She will sing about activities she is doing as she is doing them and LOVES surprise eggs and collecting the little toys inside. She has so many that she lines up and sings songs about. Such a creative, free mind and soul. She's beautiful inside and out and I couldn't be more proud to be her mommy. It's crazy how fast time flies after you become a parent!
